Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. Items must also be in their original packaging.

Please note that product appearance may vary. Colors, textures, and packaging may differ slightly from photos shown on the website due to natural variation and updates in product presentation.


Shipping & USPS Disclaimer

Once your order has shipped and a tracking number has been provided, KAJUAL is not responsible for delays, damage, or issues caused by USPS or any other carrier.
Once the package leaves our facility, ownership transfers to you, the customer. Any delivery delays, reroutes, or lost-in-transit issues must be handled directly with USPS.

We will always assist where we can, but we cannot guarantee outcomes with third-party carriers.


Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods
  • Intimate or sanitary items
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Certain health and personal care items

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Any item not in original condition
  • Items damaged or missing parts not caused by our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming receipt and notifying you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

  • If approved, refunds are issued to your original method of payment within standard processing time.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company.
  3. Contact your bank to verify processing times.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced merchandise may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.


Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit equal to the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the gift was not marked as such or was delivered to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
