Location: KAJUAL Dispensary – Danville, VA
Position Type: Part-Time (20 hours/week)

Are you passionate about cannabis and customer service? We’re looking for a knowledgeable and professional Budtender to assist customers, provide product recommendations, and ensure a compliant, welcoming experience in our dispensary.

Pay: $12.00/hour + monthly bonus
Hours: Flexible scheduling available

Responsibilities:

• Customer Assistance – Educate and guide customers on THCa products and usage.
• Sales & Transactions – Operate the Square POS system and handle customer purchases.
• Compliance & Verification – Check customer IDs and ensure all sales meet state regulations.
• Inventory Management – Keep shelves stocked and organized.
• Product Knowledge – Stay up-to-date on new products, strains, and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old and legally eligible to work in a dispensary.
• Certification as a Bud-tender (negotiable).
• Strong customer service skills and ability to engage with customers professionally.
• Willingness to learn and retain product knowledge.
• Clean and professional appearance required.
